CULTURAL ACTIVITIES
Participation of students in cultural activities goes a long way in grooming their personality. So, efforts are made from time to time to provide such opportunities to the students in & outside the college to show their latent talent. This session was no exception in this respect.
The cultural committee of the college organized competition in following items in the inter-faculty cultural functions held in 02 (two) parts:
PART-I (held on 10.11.2012)
1. Mehndi 2. Rangoli 3. Poster-making 4. On the spot painting 5. Collage -making
About 100(hundred) students participated in these items.
PART-II (held on 29.12.2012)
1. Solo Song 2.Solo Dance 3.Fancy Dress 4.Skit 5.Group Song 6. Group Dance.
About 125(one hundred twenty five) students took part in these items.
A quiz competition was organized by the Department of Self-Finance courses on 4th August, 2012 in which the students of BBA, BCA & PGDCA participated. The team consisting of Mr.Vishal Sharma, Mr.Aneesh Kumar & Mr.Anil Sharma won the 1st prize in this competition.
The Department of Music celebrated Basant Panchami on 14th February, 2013 under the guidance of Dr.Indu Bala, Associate Professor of Music (I). Sh.S.K.Pathak, Principal presided over this function. Cultural items presented on this occasion included songs, gazzals, sufi-kalam & quiz competition. Ms.Suman Kumari, Ms.Saroj Kumari & Ms.Chaksha of the music department stood first in the quiz competition.
